OAT151 Term Project

Your final term project is to design an Access database for an application of your choice. The application cannot be from your employment nor for your employer. It must be designed from scratch.

The database should have at least 4 tables with at least 15 records in each table. You must have at least four queries, four forms, and two reports.

Forms must contain color graphics. One report should be in columnar mode and the other is tabular.

You need to prepare for a 10-15 minutes presentation for your project in the classroom. The presentation counts 40% of the project.
